Cancellation Policy

The time you reserve is set aside just for you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call a minimum of 48 hours in advance. If you miss, or are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your credit card will be charged.

How to Arrive

Please arrive for your appointment with dry hair.

Collaboration is key to a successful color. Please feel free to bring pictures and or ideas with you. Once we agree on our goals the session will begin. All good corrections are cumulative. Often two or three appointments are needed to achieve desired results.

Results are best evaluated on dry, professionally finished hair. Please allow us to smooth and style your hair after your appointment. We do not have space in the salon for clients to blow dry or style their own hair.

Salon Policies

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen property.

Children Policy: For their own safety and the safety and comfort of our guests, children under 13, unless they are clients, are not permitted in the salon.
