megan graham

Painting may have been her first love but Megan Graham has been refining and perfecting the tresses of fashionable women for over a decade. She's completed world class training in Los Angeles, Miami, London, New York, Chicago and Boston. Although more concerned with client accolades than collecting awards, Megan Graham has received Boston Magazines Best of Boston Award 2012 for hair color. Megan has a devoted clientele who love the way her glamourous, natural color makes them look their most beautiful while creating minimal stress on the hair. Her discerning eye goes beyond hair color, highlighting and accentuating her clients most attractive features, making her more of a "concierge" of beauty. Clients often leave with a personalized list of recommendations on everything from brow shaping to makeup to fashion.

bridget kinney

The daughter of a successful salon owner, Bridget grew up surrounded by an appreciation for beauty, and creativity. She spent time training and learning hair color in Boston and New York and has a keen eye for bringing beautiful features to the forefront.  Bridget is the head of our in salon training program at Megan Graham Beauty and helps us to educate our talented apprentices.

Her interests include styling, coloring and using extensions to enhance color, length and volume, and her style is natural, healthy and beautiful. Whether preparing a socialite for a charity ball or maintaining a loyal client's natural looking color, Bridget brings a special sense of pride and effort to everything she does.

alyssa satmary

With a love for painting and an eye for balance, Alyssa Satmary may have been destined to be a stylist. A penchant for choosing the hue that will look the most beautiful on each client, Alyssa loves accentuating with Baylayage. Whether cutting or coloring, Alyssa feels the happiest when bringing inner beauty to the forefront.  Her clients come back again and again because they love the fact that she can be trusted to do exactly what was agreed upon during the consultation.  So many women are thrilled to realize that Alyssa shapes their hair without taking off too much length. When she’s not behind the chair working with clients, Alyssa teaches advanced cutting and coloring techniques to our apprentices as they move through our training program.

Omar Giraud

Omar Giraud has been in the hair industry on Boston’s Newbury Street for 25 years. His Spanish heritage may be the inspiration for his popular men’s and women’s precision haircuts, which are clean and modern.

Omar is a National Educator and Master in the Bio-Ionic Japanese Straightening System, and has trained hairdressers throughout the U.S. in this system.

Omar will divide his time between his new venture Giraud Studio on Boston’s North Shore, and Megan Graham Beauty.

Joanna Howell-Giraud

Having grown up in England, Joanna trained extensively with Steiners, and did advanced training with Vidal Sassoon. She taught for both Wella and L’Oreal before moving to the United States. With a 30 year career in the hair industry, Joanna has spent the past 15 years on Boston’s prestigious Newbury Street, and has received enormous recognition. As former owner of Solus, she was the four-time recipient of the coveted “Best of Boston” award (voted “Best Hair Colorist” by Boston Magazine), and was twice named by “Allure Magazine” as one of the top ten hair colorists in the United States. She was also named the who's who of American colorists in “Town and Country Magazine.” Joanna’s passion for natural hair color and classic cutting techniques have her in New York three times a year with New York colorist Beth Minardi, where she keeps up-to-date with the newest hair innovations. Recognizing a growing need for exceptional hair services on Boston’s North Shore, Joanna splits her time up between Megan Graham Beauty on Newbury Street and the Giraud Studio.
