If you're new to LifeWave patches, one of the most common questions is:
Where do I place the X39 patch for the best results?
Let’s walk through this together, and I’ll share how I personally use it and what I’ve learned from supporting others on their wellness journey. I am asked this question frequently, and I want you to know that you have a great deal of flexibility with your placement of X39 patches.

✅ LIFEWAVE’S RECOMMENDED PATCH PLACEMENT
LifeWave recommends placing your X39 patch in one of two locations:
Back of the neck – over the C7 vertebra (that bony point at the base of your neck)
Just below the belly button – 2–3 finger-widths beneath your navel
These locations are based on acupuncture points and studies showing strong systemic effects.
🌿 WHAT I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND
While those two locations are officially recommended, you're not limited to them.
In my personal use, and when helping others, I often say:

Yes — you can.
But the real question is: should you… and when?
Wearing multiple LifeWave patches can be incredibly supportive, but only if you layer them slowly and intentionally. After working with thousands of customers and navigating my own healing journey, I can tell you: your experience will always be better when you start simple and build gradually.
This guide will show you exactly how to do that.

If you're researching LifeWave X39 patches and trying to figure out where to begin, I want you to know something first: most people start confused. The website is overwhelming, there are a lot of patches, and it's not always clear what to do first or what to expect.
I've been using these patches personally for years and have guided many clients through their first 30, 60, and 90 days. What I've learned is that starting simply, and starting with the right support, makes all the difference between someone who sees real results and someone who gives up too soon.
This guide is my honest, practical answer to every question I hear from beginners. It's not medical advice. It's just what actually works.
WHAT TO ACTUALLY EXPECT IN THE BEGINNING
This is probably the most important thing I can tell you, because unrealistic expectations are the number one reason people quit too early.
Most people do not feel dramatic changes overnight. What they notice instead is quieter, more restful sleep, steadier energy during the day, a better mood, skin that starts looking a little different, a general sense of feeling more balanced. These shifts are real, but they're subtle at first and they build over time.
The people who get the best results are the ones who give it a genuine 90 days. A helpful guideline I share with clients is one month per decade of age. Your body needs time to integrate the signals the patches are supporting. Deeper changes often show up in months two and three, not week one.
TRACK EVERYTHING FROM DAY ONE
Because the changes are gradual, they're easy to miss if you're not paying attention. I always tell my clients to start tracking before they even put on their first patch.
Take photos in natural lighting. Write a few sentences each day about your sleep, energy, and mood. Note anything you observe about your skin, your recovery after exercise, or how your body feels in general. Even just a few words a day is enough.
Lifewave X39
LifeWave X39 is designed to support your body’s natural production of GHK-Cu
When you look back at your notes at day 60 or 90, the changes become obvious in a way they never would have been day to day. This is one of the simplest things you can do to make your experience with the patches feel real and meaningful.HYDRATION IS NOT OPTIONAL
This is the tip that surprises people most, but I've seen it make a real difference. Your cells respond better to phototherapy when you're well hydrated.
Before applying your patch each morning, drink 16 to 20 ounces of water. Keep a large water bottle with you and refill it at least twice during the day. If you ever feel off or notice less than expected results, the first thing I ask my clients is whether they've been drinking enough water.
It sounds almost too simple. But it consistently matters.
HOW TO WEAR X39 CORRECTLY
LifeWave patches are non-transdermal, nothing enters your body. They work through light-based signaling, which means placement and timing actually matter.
The rhythm is simple
