1. GETTING CONFUSED BY THE DIFFERENT PATCH NAMES IN CANADA

Here’s a common surprise: LifeWave sells the same patches in Canada, but under different names.

For example:

• Energy Enhancer in the U.S. is called ENR Spark in Canada

• Carnosine is called Y-Age Advanced

• Glutathione is called Y-Age Renew

If you’re watching U.S.-based videos or reading blogs from American LifeWave users, it can be easy to get confused. Just know, you’re not missing out. The formulas are the same. The names are simply adjusted to comply with Canadian labeling standards. I’m happy to help you figure out if and of these patches may be beneficial to you, and if so….which one.

2. TRYING TO ORDER WITHOUT SUPPORT (WHEN YOU COULD GET HELP FOR FREE)

One of the top questions I receive from Canadians is:
“How do I actually order the patches?”

The website isn’t always intuitive, and it doesn’t guide you through the best choices. That’s why I offer free personalized support, not just for U.S. clients, but for Canadians too.

Many of my Canadian clients have reached out with questions, and I’ve helped them by:

Here’s something most people don’t realize:
If you check out as a guest, you won’t be connected to the person who introduced you to LifeWave, and that includes me.

That means:

4. LOOKING FOR LIFEWAVE X39 ON AMAZON (PLEASE DON’T)

I know it’s tempting to check Amazon, but this is important.

LifeWave X39 patches sold on Amazon are not authorized. In fact, LifeWave strictly prohibits its Brand Partners from selling on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart. If you see listings there, it means the patches are not coming from LifeWave directly.

That means:

• You may receive expired or counterfeit products

• You won’t be eligible for a refund or return

• You won’t get customer support from the company or me
